Demolition permit issued for Hearn
With the wrecking ball hanging over the Hearn generating station, the provincial government shouldn’t be able to duck responsibility for the fate of the historic waterfront structure, the local city councillor says. A demolition permit was issued for the building on Dec. 15, the Star has learned.
